A passion for experimenting with recipes has led me down a path of specialising in unique Australian-made artisanal biscuits and relishes.
I fell in love with the custom of indulging  in a biscotti with my coffee in Italy and now I am called the  Biscotti Queen!

And so Simply Amazing Biscotti  was born. Everytime someone tries my biscotti, they say these are simply amazing so what better  name could I have!

Working with stockists,  I have recognised a demand for quality biscuits. Who doesn't like to nibble a biscuit with their coffee or cup of tea?

So the range expanded to artisan made biscuits and relishes. I want to bring some of the.unique flavours and taste of Australian Native ingredients to your cheese platter.
