LEMON MYRTLE SHORTBREAD

Who doesn't like shortbreads? This buttery treat has been spiced up with the Queen of Bush Tucker spices.  Lemon Myrtle adds a zingy citrus flavour.  

We use the leaves from an Australian native tree.
